About Vekst.
Vekst is a digital agency that builds digital strategies, works on organizational change strategies, creates operational action plans, and executes measurable campaigns. The projects we take on are dynamic and range from high-level strategic development issues to a deep tactical level. We collaborate with companies that have complex business and sales processes, often operating on a global level. The unique combination of assignments, clients, and our understanding of strategy and tactics allows us to offer and deliver something that genuinely makes a difference for our clients. Today, we are 30 digital specialists based at our office in Gothenburg. We are on a growth journey; our team often needs to be strengthened with new colleagues who, together with us, want to be a success factor for our clients.

The departments listed above are those that work closely with clients and form the foundation of our business. Within each department, there are several different roles and career paths defined, which develops as we grow. Since titles and roles are constantly evolving, we only ask in the application which area of expertise and department you are interested in, rather than a specific role. The departments work cross-functionally in projects towards our clients, which means you will collaborate with different colleagues depending on the projects you are involved in at the time.
