We’re expanding our Analytics & Insights team and looking for a Digital Analytics Specialist who thrives when working in complex analytics projects.
The role.
Your main mission is to establish analytics and measurement strategies for our clients, typically large and global B2B companies, to help them gain insights and act on their data more effectively.
Your role is to drive the strategy, development, optimization, and implementation of workflows and formats related to analytics and tracking, as well as how and where they collect and visualize their data.
Key responsibilities.
Define and implement analytics-, and measurement strategies.
Guide and support our clients in infrastructure, software, KPIs, and best practices related to analyzing their digital presence.
Collect and manage data from multiple sources to establish a structured analytics and visualization setup, including dashboards.
Develop reports and dashboards to analyze cross-channel and cross-platform attribution, driving improvements in our clients’ digital performance and investments.
Work on tracking implementation and troubleshooting in Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Assist and coach our 15+ performance marketing specialists in advanced analytics topics.
Ensure quality assurance of our client deliverables and actively contribute to improving internal workflows and training initiatives.
Ensure GDPR-compliant data collection and collaborate on consent and privacy solutions
About you.
To succeed as a Digital Analytics Specialist at Vekst, you stay curious, embrace new methods, and solve problems proactively. You keep up with analytics trends and share them with your colleagues and clients.
Requirements.
You have several years of experience in digital analytics, working hands-on with large datasets in the digital space.
Proven experience in defining KPIs, setting goals, and establishing reporting structures.
Expertise in digital analytics and tracking tools, primarily Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Dynamic Tag Management, and/or Piwik Pro is a major plus.
Expertise in Google Looker Studio. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is a strong advantage.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
Experience with Consent Mode and GDPR compliance, covering both auditing and technical implementation.
Knowledge of JavaScript and SQL, particularly regarding their application in digital marketing, web analytics, and data warehousing. Experience working with BigQuery or Snowflake is highly desirable.
Experience integrating multiple data sources using APIs and ETL tools (e.g., Supermetrics, Funnel.io)..
