Project Manager – Performance Marketing

The role.
We are now seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee our client projects mainly within performance marketing, ensuring smooth delivery, resource management, and financial efficiency.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and following up on client projects. You will ensure that resources are effectively allocated, budgets are maintained, and project outcomes align with client goals. You’ll be working closely mainly with our client directors and specialists within performance marketing, but also with content specialists and analytic specialists depending on the projects you lead. You’ll play a key role in the operational and financial success of our projects.
Key responsibilities.
Resource Allocation: Plan and allocate resources across projects to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery.
Project planning: Manage project plans, timelines and tasks in our project management system in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
Budget tracking: Monitor and manage project budgets, particularly for media costs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client goals.
Invoicing: Manage the invoicing process, ensuring accurate and timely billing for all projects.
Profitability monitoring: Analyze project profitability and identify areas for improvement.
Project follow-up: Track and evaluate project progress, providing updates and insights to both internal teams and clients.
About you.
To thrive in this role, you need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Your ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate across teams, and keep a strong focus on both operational and financial performance will be key to your success.
Requirements
Experience managing projects, preferably at an agency and within digital marketing.
Familiarity with project management and resource allocation tools (e.g., Forecast, Harvest, Monday.com, Roughly Right or similar).
Strong skills in tracking budgets, managing media costs, and ensuring project profitability.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn) is a strong advantage.
Location: You will be based in Stockholm and in this role, you will travel to our different offices and client locations regularly. Our clients are mainly based in the Nordics and Central Europe.
