Digital Content Specialist

Now we’re looking for someone who loves creating impactful content – from graphic assets to optimized copy – for digital campaigns that deliver results.
The role.
You’ll work with client-approved concepts, transforming raw materials into effective and engaging digital ads. You will create both the visual graphics and the written content that will be used across various formats, including landing pages, social media, display advertising and email marketing.
As part of our Content & Creative team, you’ll collaborate closely with project managers and performance marketing specialists. In some projects, you’ll act as a strategic advisor; in others, you’ll quickly adapt and fine-tune content to ensure the best possible campaign performance.
We work in an agile, iterative way – create, test, evaluate, refine, and test again – always aiming for the best results. You’ll also serve as one of our go-to experts on ad formats and content performance, helping us align messaging with objectives and platforms. Key responsibilities.
Create and optimize content for digital campaigns, often based on existing material, with a focus on driving conversions and reach.
Craft effective and well-written copy in English for digital channels and campaigns.
Adapt graphic assets for different channels – primarily social media, websites, and display advertising.
Create simple animations and edit video content.
About you.
To succeed in this role, you need to be curious about what’s new, take initiative, and challenge yourself when it comes to content creation. You’re productive, business-minded, and enjoy crafting content for fast-moving digital channels. At the same time, you’ll be expected to take ownership of your work and drive your area of expertise forward independently.
Requirements.
A few years experience in digital content production, preferably with paid media and digital ad creation.
Extensive knowledge and experience in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere pro and Figma. Experience from other creative systems or publishing tools such as Sprout social or Meltwater is highly valuable.
Experience and confidence in writing compelling copy for digital campaigns and channels, mainly in English.
Strong understanding of what content works on which platforms and how to format accordingly.
Able to take a concept, idea or raw assets and turn into compelling digital ads.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Swedish is a plus.
Experience working at an agency and/or at a B2B company is highly meriting.
